Full-time employees are eligible for healthcare benefits on their first day of employment with Neura Health (after payroll set-up has been completed). Upon starting at Neura Health and going through onboarding, you will receive a welcome email from Gusto. Here you can select benefits, set up direct deposit and tax withholding, update personal information, and many other activities.

Financial Benefits
- After 1 year of employment, employees are eligible to enroll in and contribute to a 401K plan through Guideline.
- Employees are also eligible for a $100/year learning and development stipend for continuing education. This is an annual stipend that resets on an employee’s anniversary date.
Other Benefits
- Additionally, Neura Health offers each employee 2 free Neura visits, one initial and one follow-up for yourself, a family member, or a friend.
- We also hold a bi-annual team off-site. Our first was in the beautiful Catskills of NY and we can’t wait to go again!
Flexible Time Off (FTO)
At Neura, you’ll have access to 21 days off per year to be used at your discretion. This means you can use them for anything (sick days, mental health days, personal appointments, vacation). They are in addition to the holidays below.
- Note: If you are in your first 90 days at Neura, we ask that you take no more than 2 consecutive days off unless you discussed a pre-planned vacation with your manager & HR during your hiring process.
